Ingredients
1can pineapple chunks
¼ cup soy sauce
½ cup vinegar
2tbs corn starch
¾ cup ketchup
1½ bell peppers
1½ pounds cooked chicken
Instructions
In a large sauce pan over medium low heat blend reserved pinneapple juice soy sauce vinegar brown sugar. Mix in cornstarch and ketchup until it thickens.
Stir peppers and chicken into saucepan. Cook until heated completely.
