Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 2 tbs corn starch
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 ½ bell peppers
  • 1 ½ pounds cooked chicken
Instructions
  1. In a large sauce pan over medium low heat blend reserved pinneapple juice soy sauce vinegar brown sugar. Mix in cornstarch and ketchup until it thickens. 
  2. Stir peppers and chicken into saucepan. Cook until heated completely.  
  3. Stir in pineapple before serving. 
  4. Serve over rice
